Eithne Tynan

I am currently in charge of the Carbonate Chemistry Facility at the National Oceanography Centre in Southampton. The accurate determination of the carbonate system is essential for ocean acidification work and as such it’s crucial on this cruise. We will be involved in measuring the carbonate system of the water column to observe present conditions and also of the bioassay experiments, where future CO2 conditions will be simulated.
